Can I download this software to my handheld device?

In most cases, yes but this depends on your device’s operating system. For detailed information on the Software formats that are compatible with your handheld device, check our guidelines.

Can I print and copy my software?

Some software has DRM security settings that may prevent (or limit) printing and copying of some Software. For you to ascertain the state of yours, you can view the security settings for each title by clicking the "Print & copy permissions" link below the "Add to cart" button on the Software product page. 

After the purchase of the software, will it always be available?

Yes, once you have purchased the Software it is yours. The title is stored on your Nirontek.com account and you can access it at any time by logging in with your username and password. Most formats allow you to download the title as many times as you like, however, we do put a limit on the downloads to prevent abuse of the system. 

How do I get help if there is a problem with your services?

You will find vast amounts of advice and troubleshooting information in the Nirontek.com Help Centre. The page is interactive therefore; it will provide you with information that is customised to your specific problem and Reader format. 

Do I have to pay tax for using your platform?

If your government requires us to do so, we will add applicable sales tax to your purchase price- this might be tagged Sales Tax, GST, or VAT, depending on your country. Tax is normally included in the price of the Software and can be calculated at checkout. In cases where Software is exempt from tax, it is left out.
